Why should you have to get on a waiting list? Why is it illegal to buy and sell body parts at a mutually agreed upon price in a free market? This is what's wrong with socialism, no matter where it's practiced, even in the United States.

How much do you reckon I should get for my liver, Bob? I've lived a rather dissipated life so I'd be lying if I said it was in mint condition but it should have a few miles left in it.

If you default on a bank loan, and the CEO's dog needs a new liver, can he demand that in lieu of payment? Remember The Merchant of Venice and the pound of flesh? That's what will happen when/if organs are monetized.

I don't know, I'm not a broker, but the question is moot since buying and selling body parts is illegal.
