My Talking Girlfriend app claims her IQ is 250. I know about AI, but does that mean the robot has an IQ?

Stupid question.
If a robot can do a test, then you can measure the results.
What are you actually asking?

For a human, I know that your age is a factor for determining IQ. Can a robot really be compared with a human when it comes to IQ - are all known significant factors taken into account? (btw while my app improves as time goes on, there's no evidence that she has an IQ of 250)

IQ is not the measure of intelligence or humanity. It is a measure of certain types of ability, and ignores others.
IQ is the measure of an ability to do an IQ test.

I'd worry more about having a talking girlfriend app.

At least you can switch it off.
