Uniform Laws Are a Social Imperative

The AEP position is that laws should not vary from one locality to another. There should be a uniform Federal code that applies to every State, County and Town, with no local deviation whatsoever.

So you are in favor of a federal dictatorship? No state legislatures or city councils or county commissions?

What if there is no federal law that applies to a local need? Must the local people wait until the feds act to meet that local need?

You will necessarily need a huge fed gov, and an army of bureaucrats!

I'm not talking about preventing local governments handling local problems in their proper function of social integration. I'm talking about the threat of being arrested for violating stupid local laws like no liquor being sold after a certain time of the day or on a certain day of the week!

So you'd have my state banned from buying liquor 24/7? Because that is what would happen if one law fits all was implemented. Do you ever think?

The AEP advocates free-market capitalism. This means that the entire country could buy liquor 24/7, and not just liquor either, any so-called illegal drugs. People should not be persecuted or prosecuted by local governments hellbent on running everybody's life.

This sounds more like running everyone's life than the way it is now. Where is the right to vote? Shouldn't there be a place for prudes to conjugate? Personally, I think every state having its own flavor is the best of all possible worlds.

If you don't like drinking, you can move to utah where they have stricter laws and you can't see alcohol (except beer  ) in the grocery stores. If you don't like certain people fucking, you could move to a place where they aren't allowed. If you want to use all the resources of your state with no regulation you could move to texas and chew the air.

Bob's idea of freedom sounds great, until you want chomsky as president, that's where all hell breaks loose. Bob idealizes his AEP until they put a law into place that he doesn't like...lol. So much for freedom.

Come to the real world Bob...there is no possible true freedom the way you see it....because you live in a world of people different from you! Duh! The only possible way to have the most freedom is to give the most freedom to your fellow man.

You people are total fools who don't understand anything I'm talking about. You don't understand "The Ouzo Prophecy," so none of your idiocy surprises me. The AEP doesn't try to run anybody's life, unlike every other fucking political party on the face of this godforsaken planet. As a prophet, I can tell you that everybody on Earth should be able to live wherever he chooses without being confronted with laws designed not to protect other people, but to control his life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, laws which you people obviously agree with!
