Single Tax Theory of the AEP

The only proper form of taxation is a single tax on property, property being defined as anything with intrinsic market value. While the only proper function of government is social integration, like a traffic cop preventing people from running into each other, its fundamental responsibility is protecting life and property. The expense of implementing this responsibility can only be properly paid for by the owners of the property being protected. All other forms of taxation such as income tax and sales tax are inherently improper.

The problem for the government would be determining your intrinsic market value; and if you didn't pay the required tax, there would be no way for the government to collect it unless the Thirteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution were abolished. Regards, Bob Evenson

.
Finally figured it out; AEP is solely your opinion, your vision.
The reason that AEP is YOUR opinion is because no one else wants it.
Um, you may want to take a look at ALL the responses that you receive whenever you mention AEP. Could learn something.
Look, NO ONE is going to run for ANY position in government under the AEP party banner. Reason is NO ONE CARES what is in your mind. YOU are not relating to reality.
Bang some other drum. For fucks sake!
This same-old-shit is beyond fucking boring...

I don't agree , absolutely Bob, for I think my property didn't fall from the skies, neither I inherited it. I worked, hard, and nobody presented anything to me. I think taxes should be paid on turnover: I issue an invoice of 1,000.00 €, I pay the 22% added to the invoice total. Now this already exists, VAT, but I think that should be the only tax to pay. As if I cannot work, if I have no jobs to do, how should I pay taxes for only my property? Property don't take incomes to me, I can't eat my house, only working I can satisfy my needs, and only if I work I should pay taxes. My opinion.

Property, anything with intrinsic market value, is the only basis of wealth that's being protected by the government. Since that protection has to be paid for, the lowest tax rate possible needs to be applied to everything of intrinsic market value. On the other hand, since the government has no other sources of income, you can determine the amount of taxes you pay. If accumulating money is your supreme goal in life, you can be a billionaire and pay no taxes at all. You just have to live in a cave with nothing to tax.
