Justice is primarily about the values that should underpin the state, politics and the law, with particular reference to Western pluralistic societies.
Very fancy rhetoric, but the deeper meaning is absent.

Only very easily manipulated ppl will find this article relevant.

It has always been challenging to ferret out the specifics of Sandel's communitarianism. It looks as if this book will help, and Badger's review is a nice, if short, first step.
