You just can't. Thoughts are made of words. Thoughts are individual egos...expressed in words; in symbols.



We are a virtual stack of egos - ALL competing to be on top of the stack...to be expressed and realized.

Through that virtual expression of a competition of sorts egos will not allow themselves to die.

They will be taken-over by other egos but they will not will themselves to die.


They can't. It's against their very nature and make-up.

Dude what are you talking about? As far as the flavor of consciousness goes, the qualia, why chains of runes and electrical pulses form what we feel as words and emotions, I think that has to do with visual vibrations, wavelengths of light and sound defining our form.

As far as suicide goes, my guess is Bill's had a good life and doesn't really understand the process or psychology at all.
Bill says 'you can't say im going to kill myself and mean it." Lots of people who say it are attention whoring, but at the same time, they are probably fantasizing about their deaths as they do it. It would only be a matter of alignment, they wanna die but they are fantasizing about shooting themselves with a gun. They dont have a gun so they live. If they happened to have a gun then they'd be blowin out their brains. Stasticially speaking many suicidal people tend not to brag about it and just do it, but then you always have the flamin joker that wants it to be a theatrical masterpiece of slit wrist emos and goth rock n' roll.

Um, no. Have you ever heard of the concept "will-to-live"? Many times people get so fucked up they no longer have any percievable "thoughts" or egos, and their brain just begins to self-destruct. Against their nature? Nature is flowing. In some insane persons and demons it is in their nature to walk into live traffic, they have to resist their nature to stay alive.

I am proof that this is incorrect. I have said it while meaning it repeatedly, and have proven my sincerity twice.. so far.

Competition is not inherent, but that also has no bearing on one's sincerity about ending their life.

That's a false dichotomy. I don't care about being alive but as long as i am i want to be on top. You're also mixing two versions of ego; the one that simply means "self", and the vernacular version which means self-worth, typically unentitled.

I'm not convinced there's a coherent idea in there somewhere, but as stated, it cannot be true because people actually try to kill themselves after saying so.
