A good introductory book on Hegel

Hey people, how's it going? I'm starting a group with a teacher in my university where we will read Lefebvre's Hegel, Marx, Nietzsche. I'm afraid that without a slightly better grasp on the philosophies of these three thinkers I'll be unable to make a critical reading of Lefebvre's interpretation of them. I know something about Nietzsche and almost nothing about Hegel and Marx. As Hegel influenced Marx, I think it would be a good idea to start with him. I've read a little about Kant and have a very superficial knowledge on Descartes. What would be a good book to start to understand Hegel?
