There is the conscious and only the conscious for the so called unconscious or subconscious does not actually exist. But the reason why it is
assumed to however is because consciousness is regarded as being subject dependent and not brain dependent. And which is a demonstrably
false position as the brain functions regardless of whether the subject is aware of it or not. For many aspects of it do not require the subject
to know what is happening at all. Now this does not mean that they are in anyway mysterious just that there is no logical reason as to why the
subject requires knowledge of the And so rather than there being the neat binary of conscious / unconscious there is just the single spectrum
of consciousness. Though like the actual colour spectrum it self there are no rigid lines of demarcation between the various degrees of it and instead they blur into one another. The colour spectrum is not all that complex where as the human brain by complete contrast is the most
complex thing in the known Universe. So reducing it to the simple binary of conscious / conscious is therefore not logical and is actually a
limitation both of language and of knowledge that actually pertains to it

I think you are alluding to the 'top-down' and 'bottom-up' approach to consciousness.

If you are interlectualising over consciousness it has to mean your looking at it from inside it. Because timespace exists inside it and you need that to be interlectualising over it.

Because timespace exists inside consciousness and you need that timespace to be consciously interlectualising over it. Consciousness is like silence. Music is like the event inside the silence.

I agree somehow.

On what basis do you presume to posit the human brain without the subject??

The brain is only the physical organ but the subject is the entire being
Obviously there is divergence between them but they are also separate
too. The best way I can demonstrate this it is by stating that you are not
your thoughts for they are in actual fact totally different from each other
