Is it sexist to expect a woman to pose nude in a picture (including movies), whether or not she gets paid for it?

Only if one did not make the same assumption of men. However if one did then it would not be sexist as
both genders would be treated the same. There is no logical or moral reason as to why handsome naked
men should not be depicted just as much as beautiful naked women are and there is no logical or moral
reason as to why naked men and women regardless of their physical beauty should not be depicted also

In a part of a man, yes. But it could be vice versa.
