May as well be both good and bad - it can bring salvation while dogmatism, but also questions and doubt for the curious learner.

But what if that floor is really a hole???

The Hole - a place of exploration, seeking. Also a place of uncertainty, asking.

Higher ground - the place of found answers and profound spirituality.

A hole is down into the dark where you know not. Through the floor into darkness and pain of mind. Higher ground is beyond religion where you and the universe are good friends. We know not how we got here and what we must do and are okay with it.
