What Is this stationary nothing measuring c via the moving brain of an observer. we get a visa versa effect of consciousness and c the omni limit.in other words maybe the experiencing consciouness of the observer is parelleling its self with the omni limit.and so become seen to be the same unmoving mover.

Not talking about Schrodinger's cat but mine. Let me explain the thought experiment again and add a bit more.
Say we have a machine that measures the speed of light and can compare it to a stored number we have for the speed of light, say 299,792,458 m/s, this machine has a timer and is set to operate twice a day. Its connected to a cat-feeder and every time the speed of light is measured and equals the stored number the cat-feeder is operated and the cat gets food. Would you say the cat will starve?

The cat would exist as a cat cos its going to get fed by the light clock.the cat exists as a probability though for an observers involved consciousness.the whole event centers on nomoving involvment.the cat has a nonmoving conscious involvment.its the nonmoving involved certainty thats projecting the whole event and giving it its future.

So if there was no cat there do you think the feeder would still be delivering cat-food?
