.
If you have ever been in love you know that love is uncomfortable. Irritating. Overwhelming and yet very selfish at the same time.
Yes, at least I would say that, an argument could be made that love, any type of love, is a dis-ease; A non-sustainable aberration of a falsely perceived reality.

Love fades.
A more realistic reality, with all of it's non-emotional triggers, resumes.
Love, thankfully, is a temporary state that we may have the fortune to drive through on our journey through life.

So you think lustful commitment fades? My parents appear to still love each other fifty years on and their love doesn't appear to have faded although the lust has waned as the body has aged.

No, no... I was not referring to me. You may have misunderstood the tone of my sentence above.
I will accept blame.
Here again is my original post and I hope this clarifies an important philosophical, perhaps philosophically esoteric, aspect for you;
If you have ever been in love you know that love is uncomfortable. Irritating. Overwhelming and yet very selfish at the same time.
Yes, at least I would say that, an argument could be made that love, any type of love, is a dis-ease; A non-sustainable aberration of a falsely perceived reality.
