yeah reckon we as human forms are pluged into at quantum level the exact same consiousness that them dinosures where pluged into millions of years ago.but there brains just where not self reflective enough in the way us humans are to way themself up as consciouse forms.but they had the exact same indestinguishable and timeless consciousness as we humans are pluged into right now.bless them old dinosures one and all.

They certainly didn't have the same cognitive ability or understanding of their perceptual contents. Which might be heavily significant from the standpoint of some eliminative materialists, or those who consider experience to be [contradictorily?] illusory. In that context, even manifestations / showings demoted to this deceptive, unreal status would not happen prior to conjunction of sensory information with memory, language processes, etc. Dinosaurs definitely weren't gifted in the latter department and wouldn't have exactly been giants of concept-storage in the former, either.

Dinosaurs were probably tetrachromats who could see color into the ultraviolet range.

well thanks for that input hammock.but i was talkin simple on - off consciousness.it has to be the exact same indistinguishable consciousness that we humans source from the cosmic pool of indistinguishable consciousness.hope you follow.

If you mean by 'same consciousness' the being of a body with senses in an external world then sure the dinosaurs were just like us. But no if you mean their 'experience' of being such a thing as even if we exclude our self-reflectivity we'd still have a different consciousness from them as we have different body types and senses.

No two entities have the exact same consciousness. Between any that did, all oral and symbolic communication would be unnecessary, for they would be telepathic. Identical twins may have shared a single consciousness early in their gestation and so be very similar even after birth, but I don't think that's proven.

As for the dinosaurs, we can presume that, having bodies, brains and nervous systems, they must have perceived and behaved similarly to all other Earth animals, including ourselves, but we are too far removed in time and environment to share their experience.

I don't believe consciousness has a central server, with wall-outlets, nor a reservoir from which we dip out each our little portion and slop it back in when we're done - though it's a pretty image.

well say as a thought experiment there was a lizzard(samething as a dino)on a spaceship as pet for the pilot. flying say at 100000 miles per hour .the pilot then measures the speed of a photon.relative to the photon the pilots consciousness is stationary as a part of the inccident of measuring the photon.if the dino is viewing the same photon as part of the inccident at the same time as the pilot .are they then the then the lizzard and the pilot of the spacecraft sharing the same consciousness as part of the same inccident.both consciouses being stationary to the same photon at the same instant.

From a karma/rebirth perspective it would follow.
It's interesting to wonder that at one time some or all of us were dinosaurs!

Also how are either viewing this photon as it takes five to nine photons for humans to 'see' one, not sure about the dino.

The c limit is omni present to the universe as it is aconstant.so you dont need to do no measuring to know you as an observer are automatical involved with that constant as being stationary regs it.therefor you also know the lizards consciousness is stationary to it c.there is only one involve consciousness
