So you are meaning 'c' as 'consciousness'? lol. I thought you were referring to the speed of light. I wondered what you were on about.

i mean c as the speed of light.and what i am asking is .is the awarness that measured the speed of a photon not engaged in the changing of the over all event status of energy that the photons speed is a part of.is the awarness that measured the photon devorst from the event.if so what is the awarness that measured the change of status of the poton as it occupies different parts of timespace in relativity.
