Actually - Trickel-Down Economics is so closely tied to Ronald Reagan that Trickel-Down Economics is also referred too as Reaganomics.
As you can see I used Wikipedia; the world's fountain of useful knowledge, and the noble President John F. Kennedy is not even mentioned...
