Recognizing Actual Consciousness From Emotions

An essay and instruction of some sort.
How to find and detect the actual consciousness from the emotions is much easier than what you think. The reason why that you thought it was hard was because you have never stopped to actually let go of all of the stress in everyday society. Meditation is the technique used by nearly every religion on the face of the earth, but there are two types of meditation: contemplating on a particular form of divinity, and meditating to strengthen the mind. The latter in this instruction will explain and mainly focus on the latter.
The meditating that I am talking of is to strengthen the mind, by letting go of all of the stresses and clutter of thoughts, and to let the silence and actual sounds flow in your mind. It is done specifically by repetitive breathing (inhale/exhale), and to let it allow you to soothe your mind from the clutter of thoughts, the stress, bad emotions and/or trauma, and/or any other sensitivities a typical individual may more or less encounter. Ways to make it easier to go into relaxation and/or much deeper states of consciousness and/or unconsciousness, is to listen to relaxing music (or binaural beats, and purely natural sounds), to recite a mantra (whether for worship or to just clear the mind), use a Shiva Langam (aka meditation stone), and/or with mantras and music, use a type of prayer bead. It’s all about being in natural rhythm in accordance with nature.
The reason why it is recommended for human beings to meditate, and the reason why meditation would have a very positive and profound impact on those people who meditate, is because it stimulates and facilitates overall spiritual growth and maturity in oneself. The peace that one will experience in meditation will eventually bring peace into everyday life, where you can make better choices, and think more clear so you can do everyday tasks in a smoother way. Another reason is because society has been plundered, for a long time, because of the various pollutions that have burdened on each and every newer generation. Everywhere in today’s society, there are places where emotions are being exploited for personal and monetary gain by those with bad intentions; government propaganda, various advertisements, emotional rhetoric imposed by politicians and preachers from all walks of life. I am mentioning this because these are the obstacles that a person has to deal with when starting to undergo a spiritual transformation, as the masses, for many years, have been guided and ruled by emotions caused by ignorance. Despite these factors, they are artificial and mean not much to nothing, for an individual who has experienced peace.
