Bask in the Now

and still the restless mind

that is in constant flux

seeking answers to

its own questions.


The answers are never enough

for they bring more questions,

good for exercise

but useless in the Now.


For when we live our lives

in the spaciousness of Now

we have room for our Being

to flourish and attain

its potential, its individuality.
