"Pissed" is a colloquialism used here in Australia to mean, e.g.
That guy is really pissed. (drunk)
He was really pissed off. (offended)
or
Piss Off!! (go, get lost) LOL
or
It was pissing down (raining)
or
he was piss-weak (a weak person)
he pissed all over his shoes (unrinated) must have been drunk, lol
Can't think of any more.....where have you been all your life? Never heard of any of these?
