Correct me if I'm wrong, but the concept seems to be that workers are just marionettes on the strings of rich capitalists, who don't do any work at all.

Professor Wolff's panacea for the problems of capitalism is the worker-owned and operated cooperative. I have wondered why the work forces of all those plants that closed to go to China didn't organize and open their own manufacturing plants. I wonder what Wolff would answer.

What is Wolff saying, that anybody can run a business successfully? What are these workers going to do, take a pay cut to compete with other companies outsourcing to China? Where are they going to get the money to finance their ownership? Wolff is just another socialist with a bunch of harebrained ideas.

I watched another video of his titled Capitalism hits the fan. It was interesting, but at the end in question time, he was asked how he would go about fixing the current crises looming.

He said "he does not know". I think that left everyone considerably deflated.
