The answer to that depends on whether you are speaking of Bohm's theory of the "Implicate Order" or that of his "Explicate Order."

There is no "space" (at least not in the classical sense of that word) in the seamless and interpenetrating (entangled/Spinoza-ish) "Oneness" of Bohm's Implicate Order (which is what I think Belinda was astutely getting at).

Space (again, in the classical sense) only resides in the context of Bohm's Explicate Order,...

...which, in itself, appears to be nothing more than an "illusion" that manifests from the interplay that takes place between consciousness and that of whatever it is that the entangled "Oneness" substance is made of, which, of course, includes whatever it is that consciousness is made of.
