I can't answer that as a teacher, but in the States, the actual education you receive seems to take second place as to
where you received it. I used the GI Bill, so I never got the financial ass kicking others did. The problem I see (in certain aspects) is someone with a degree will 'get the job' over someone who has a better working knowledge, but no degree.

They shouldn't. Non-union shops can still bargain with management. A union needn't be 'official.' A couple of guys talking to the boss after work can get a lot of things done.

Let's go on to my second question, why should a company be forced by the government to negotiate with a union?

Of course, you realize that if unions didn't have the government forcing employers to deal with them, there wouldn't be any unions. You do understand that, don't you?

............................................................That horrible, HORRIBLE democracy!
Organized Labor THRIVES in a Liberal democracy.
I think you may enjoy living in one of the five remaining Communist countries on earth.
As you know, Organized Labor; free, independent unions are against the law in Laos, Vietnam, North Korea, Cuba, and China.
Pick one. I WOULD LOVE TO FIND OUT HOW MUCH A ONE WAY TICKET WOULD COST YOU.

No, organized labor thrives when it has the government in its hip pocket.

It's what unions do if you don't sign their contract, and they don't worry about the police since they have the government in their hip pocket.

The explosion, which actually happened in South Korea in this GIF, represents the total explosion or destruction of the thought process that had to do with the actuality that Organized Labor can only exist when there is at least a modicum of democracy...

The next thing you'll be extolling is Obamacare, the healthcare solution that will take America to a place lower than the bottom of the ocean.
