Er … I can’t find where Ruairidh Brown owns to being a Democrat, and nor can I find find where he describes Trump as a mastermind.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 2:40 pmAnd how about things like this: https://theloop.ecpr.eu/machiavellian-p ... ald-trump/mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 2:11 pm I doubt Manny can cite even one instance of a Democrat describing Trump as a mastermind.
You could make the seeking a new endeavour.
What about the "no kings" protest? Are you sure they were all Republicans?mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 6:57 pmEr … I can’t find where Ruairidh Brown owns to being a Democrat, and nor can I find find where he describes Trump as a mastermind.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 2:40 pmAnd how about things like this: https://theloop.ecpr.eu/machiavellian-p ... ald-trump/mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 2:11 pm I doubt Manny can cite even one instance of a Democrat describing Trump as a mastermind.
Er … a “No Kings” protest does not describe Trump as a mastermind. Can anyone really be this obtuse? No, it’s just that Manny can’t admit his dishonesty, so he has to double-down like a moron.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:06 pmWhat about the "no kings" protest?mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 6:57 pm I doubt Manny can cite even one instance of a Democrat describing Trump as a mastermind.
Well, if he's not the mastermind behind the attempt to make him "king," then who do they think is? I'm open to contrary theories, if you've got one.mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:21 pmEr … a “No Kings” protest does not describe Trump as a mastermind.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:06 pmWhat about the "no kings" protest?mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 6:57 pm I doubt Manny can cite even one instance of a Democrat describing Trump as a mastermind.
That’s changing the subject. First, let’s just agree that you fabricated a straw man here:Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:27 pmWell, if he's not the mastermind behind the attempt to make him "king," then who do they think is? So, Russia attacking Ukraine is justified, and the US attacking Iran is justified in your book? Is that the case?Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2026 3:05 pmAre you meaning Ukraine? The Dems actually provoked that one. Farage told them, in the EU, a dozen years before it started that they had to stop encroaching on Putin, or they'd be inducing him to invade. And he was right. Why, then, was America (and the Bidens in particular) messing around in Ukraine? Why did they push Ukrainian NATO membership, when they knew that Putin would invade?
As for the other war, could it be true, even remotely, that America was on the verge of allowing a totalitarian regime to acquire the means to nuke their allies, and had to act?
It's an honest question. I don't know the answer, and don't pretend to. But if Iran was on the verge of acquiring nuclear missiles, that does seem to me to be a very serious state of affairs. Does it seem so to you?
https://www.cnn.com/2026/04/01/middleea ... rawal-intlPresident Donald Trump suggested in two new interviews that he’s considering withdrawing the US from NATO after repeatedly criticizing a lack of support from members for the Iran war.
Asked by the right-leaning British publication The Telegraph in an interview published Wednesday if he would reconsider the US’ membership of NATO after the war, Trump said: “Oh yes, I would say (it’s) beyond reconsideration. I was never swayed by NATO. I always knew they were a paper tiger, and (Russian President Vladimir) Putin knows that too, by the way.”
The people who voted for him (many of whom are regretting it according to popularity polls in the US) and put the majority of Republicans in Congress to rubber-stamp Trump's decisions made him king. Is that not an obvious answer to the question? AND if it weren't for the fact that he's making a LOT of bad decisions, it wouldn't be half as bad as it is.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:27 pmWell, if he's not the mastermind behind the attempt to make him "king," then who do they think is? Good luck with that mickthinks.
I'm on the same subject: who do these Democrats think is the mastermind of the "king" thing?mickthinks wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:36 pmThat’s changing the subject.Immanuel Can wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2026 8:27 pmWell, if he's not the mastermind behind the attempt to make him "king," then who do they think is?
