Well, the party was good, and I received a few interesting comments about my costume.

The cat's name is the Grey One, by the way. My parents also had one called the White One.

And yes, I do appreciate the irony, some might even call it trolling, of my parents naming the cats after their colour. Still, it's better than naming one after a brand of cat food, namely Felix, when I was little. They have rather odd senses of humour.

Here's a pic of the back garden at my flat, taken in about May, I think, by my brother. As you can see, it's gloriously overgrown, which is exactly how I like it.

You have some kind of purple flowers back there, and Wandering Jew is a species of plant/flower that's purple.
