Yeah, actually, it can: it can be nonsensical. And nonsensical things are not merely false...they're factually false, but also absurd, as well.

That's what self-contradiction gets one.

You seem to be confusing truth and meaning.

But it'd be difficult to explain the difference to a sophist.

Start with the question: "What does it mean for a sentence to be true?"

It seems to me that there can be no single truth in metaphysical matters. Here everyone has their own truth, based on personal experience and outlook on life.
