1. In the 2020 election there were obvious voting irregularities, none of which were legally considered.
2. Trump wanted his VP, as president of The Senate, to delay certification of the vote until those irregularities could be investigated. This is the procedure to be legally followed.
3. His VP, Pence, refused to do this, even though procedures were followed and the challenge had the backing of a senator as required.
4. Therefore, the actual winner of the election is still in dispute, and always will be.
5. However, since Biden was inaugurated and took the oath of office, he is the legal president even now. He is the president in name only, a figure-head, while unelected people tell him what papers to sign.

Therefore, although Biden was inaugurated, he does not fulfil the intended function of POTUS but is merely a ceremonial figurehead.

Whoever is running that figurehead is the winner of the election.

HUGE WIN: Judge Orders Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State to Release List of 218,000 Registered Voters Who Did Not Provide Proof of Citizenship

Today, the Superior Court of Arizona issued a ruling in America First Legal’s (AFL) lawsuit against the Arizona Secretary of State Adrian Fontes and the Secretary of State’s Office, ordering Secretary Fontes to immediately produce the list of individuals who registered to vote without providing proof of citizenship as required by law. The number of individuals affected by this issue is approximately 218,000.

Secretary Fontes announced in September that a longtime computer glitch had allowed 218,000 individuals to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship, even though Arizona law requires such proof. Earlier this month, AFL sued to obtain this list on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.” Arizona’s Public Records Law requires Secretary Fontes to produce this type of voter information for members of the public who request it, and Secretary Fontes’s Office regularly produces voter lists in response to such requests. After Secretary Fontes violated the law and refused to hand over these records, AFL swiftly sued to demand accountability.

This lawsuit is critically important to the integrity of the upcoming presidential election as the official results for the presidential race in Arizona 2020 list the margin of victory as being only 10,457 votes.

Today, AFL has secured a win after the Court ruled that the Secretary of State must produce this list by Monday, November 4, 2024 — one day before the U.S. presidential election.


Commentary: Huge win? Yeah, right. The deadline is one day before the election. This one incident in itself is enough to screw the process.

Time to start smearing that judge. Destroy his reputation.
