How does this even happen? At least ten (I'm guessing) highly intelligent bipedal creatures with opposable thumbs that can use tools and solve complex problems stand around while two very dumb creatures without thumbs destroy one of the highly intelligent creatures with opposable thumbs.

And they had to be British or Australian which makes it even more hopelessly ridiculous.

Bro I would hit that fuckin dog one time with that 2x4. One time. And it would be lights out.
If this happened during the school day in a residential area, the bystanders were likely housewives and/or retired folk.

Not a word about the dogowners. Interesting reporting.

I just bought some of this becuz I'm switchin milks and i thought about what it would be like to be a cow and see this container. They lock u in small field at night and then a cage during the day where they hook your boobs up to these hoses that suck all the milk out of em. And u have no say in any of this.

And then they have the nerve to put your picture on the container with the words 'fair life' above it.

Well, this is their spiel:

"Ensuring that the animals who provide fairlife dairy products are cared for and cared about is a top priority for fairlife. It is our ethical responsibility and mission to work with our supplying farmers and our Animal Welfare Advisory Council to explore, innovate, and implement animal welfare practices that both allow cows to have a quality of life where their physical, mental, and behavioral well-being are accommodated and reflect our customers’ expectations of responsible farming, strong governance, and transparency."

Sounds "fairer" than standard industrial ranching.

For a few moments, I thought I said something that was "good" to say. Now I realize it wasn't. Back under my rock. Fuck it! Who needs sunlight? Worst stuff ever according to that Fox in Ovid's story.

I'm gonna do this on the back and left wall of this living room. Omg this is so exciting. This is where the money is u guys. U aks any carpenter what he'd rather be doing and he'd say 'those real easy raised wall panels'. Why. Becuz what they cost is grossly exaggerated. It's becuz they look so good that we forget it's only three pieces of trim. A 1xwhatever u want. Wrap it with decorative moulding and then make another square inside it with a smaller moulding. What u see is a two dimensional illusion. That's why it looks so cool.

And then I'm gonna do this:

In this tray:

U know why i hate doing epistemology at a philosophy forum? It's not what u think.

What i fear the most is that there might be a real logician and intellectual reading the thread who has to endure the tremendous pain of having to watch me (and whoever else) mangle everything we try to talk about to end up getting it all hopelessly wrong.

This is why the really smaht ones always leave and the forums are colonized by garage philosophers, amateur mathematicians and computer programmers.

There's some sexual tension between Poppy and Phil (two CNN anchors) going on. I can see it when they anchor together. It's in the way she looks at him and the way Phil is always so quick and nervous and figity. The problem is compounded even further becuz they both know their significant others could be watching the news when they're on and see all this. Poppy's husband and Phil's girlfriend (don't think he's married). Poor Phil. First they take him out of reporting where he ruled and then they put him with a MILF who looks at him like that. What's Phil supposed to do? U just think about the pressure on that guy.

Republican conservativism is a really solid ideology tho. It would work perfectly in any society in which seventy five percent of its people weren't broke-ass working class.

U wouldn't need a government if everybody had their shit together. Hey wait a minute. Could marx have unknowingly described the future of republicanism and conservatism? Or rather turned it on its head?

When the right and the left are absolved in society and there is no distinction between the working people and the operating government, no underclass exists to be defended by 'the left', and therefore its antithesis, the right, also loses its meaning.

The new conservatism for the new republic. Just think hunger games without Sutherland and his crew of government tyrants. All the districts will participate in political decision making through representative worker counsels. The most immediate form of democrazy possible. Way more immediate than our current system of pseudo-representative three tiered government democrazy.

Well, I was in my local pub to watch a band, a pub from whence I am banned. I wore a fedora in an attempt to disguise myself...hence I still stood out like a Brian, as soon as I walked to the bar one of the locals grabbed me, gave me a little ribbing about my shit disguise and warned me where the manager was hanging out! I managed to make it to the end of the night by some miracle. :D

Most of the locals get banned at some point. The pub doesn't care much for us since we just drink beer and play pool. The royalty are the pokie players in their little casino and if you get in to a scuffle with a bogan or two that are regular losers on the pokies, well they win and you get banned, no matter what the circumstance.

This commercial is so unspeakably horrible in so many ways.

My 'partner' instead of 'boyfriend' becuz I'm a progressively conscious millenial who likes to use gender neutral terms. We have matching t-shirts, drink smoothies often, and like to snuggle on the couch in our pajamas. We like dolphins. We like to adopt/rescue animals and often do volunteer work at the state park while listening to Sheeran with bluetooth ear buds.

The way my voice sounds like a seventeen and a half year old Stacy who's stupid and inexperienced enough to think life is great so when i read my lines for the commercial shoot, I'll sound nothing like an ominous german nihilist and more like a tepidly harmless valley girl nitwit hoping to sell u a largely ineffective product that I really think works becuz I'm holistic and that's being sold already by fifty other assholes becuz america and the freemarket are great.

The way i hold the 's' a little too long when i say 'productsss' just like the other chick does when she says 'worksss' and 'miraclesss'. Yes, miracles. Not obvious and simple dietary science that's largely ineffective anyway, but a special kind of phenomena, a special kind of product that has uncommon powers, hence why it's so expensive.
