Spain is a member of the EU, it is not eligible for BRICS membership .The thing with Trump telling journalist that Spain was in and would be one of the countries he targeted especially is that everybody in the room except Trump knew he was wrong, but nobody can tell Trump that sort of thing - he's like Immanuel Can in that respect, correcting his mistakes is a giant waste of time.
