What exactly is, Then the memory? Well, a memory begins with the original perception, which could easily be a misunderstanding of Reality, seeing as that has happened before.

Memories also change due to the effect of proclivities upon perception, e.g., the softening effects of nostalgia.
This makes Then, the first leg of the NOW Trinity, impermanent and thus as real as a dream. This is significant because Then, which is born in misapprehension and subject to revision, also carries the authority of Precedence.

Precedence as a base for memory is unreliable because it can be based on lies repeated many times every day until in memory looking back, they become the way things were.

The second leg of the Trinity of the Eternal NOW is Presentistism, which leads to no regrets and no expectations, and here to discuss that …

Exactly right again. There is only the ever present eternal NOW. 'Then' exists in thought, or memory, alone.

As the potential son of a female Rook, Bilbo could have never become a queen.

As the son of a male hobbit, Bilbo was a pawn and he was content with that, which meant that although he had the potential to be a queen due to the rules of society, Belladonna Took’s adventuresome proclivities that took Bilbo into the unknown also humbled him with a broader horizon, unlike poor Gollum with his obsessive tendencies that gave him no choice.

Maybe your queen. These days beards are allowed within the rules, and no one has yet applied lawfare to that in some twisted interpretation to mean that au natural feet must be shaved.
