Thre is nothing twisted about the phrase "MAGA Republicans". It refers to those Republicans (politicians, supporters, voters) who continue to subscribe to the discredited MAGA movement launched by Donald Trump. There are plenty of Republicans who have turned away from the MAGA movement. If you are one of those, then you are not a MAGA Republican and nothing Biden said about MAGA Republicans is meant to apply to you.
