Yep, it's the law that making a threat to endanger peoples lives is a crime...that is true.

But also, the crime is not an actual crime until it has actually been carried out in realtime...until then it's just a potentiality, it's not real.

I'm talking about the idea of making weapons is seriously of low to even zero intelligence and is a dumb and stupid idea.
