Why is abortion necessary?

I think the real question we should be asking, is why women and men make babies they don't want... why we allow serial murder of foetuses and discuss whether or not we should allow it distorts the perspective from the real problem, which is discussing how we can bring to life, develop and maintain and enforce a "only if you are gonna have it"-policy on foetus-conception.

That it should be made a more serious issue to wear a condom or use reliably the prevention pill when doing sex that might lead to children when you are not gonna keep it if you successfully conceive. In the future also add penalty to those who act recklessly and mocks the rules.
