That apart... what I said was: "I don't pretend to understand Philosophy,in the same way some of you pretend to understand Me, but I have to take issue with some of the less reasoned arguments in these threads". I then qualified in a later post, that I would not be posting on a forum that concerns itself with Philosophy if I knew nothing about Philosophy. What about these sentences do you not understand? It strikes me that you have selective understanding, that in your determination to 'destroy' Me, and advance your own agenda, you choose to ignore what I say.

Actually, in saying that I think I am being benevolent (not omnibenevolent). Its really that your own stupidity creates a blind spot that prevents you from seeing what is being said, in order to advance an argument you have predetermined. You think the appearance of discussion will legitimise your theory. Not if you're not taking on board what is being said.

Hey there God... I like the way you think and I like your sense of humor. You are way cooler than any theists have represented you to be... which, I think, is because they're actually representing themselves most of the time. How could they do any more than that? Such human limitation seems obvious -- still they insist that they know you and can speak for you. It's nice that you're so tolerant of it. Or maybe you don't really exist. Either way, I'm glad you aren't anything like they say you are.

Why is it important?
Everything is part of Me and I am part of Everything. We are all connected. We exist in in a way that every action, interaction, no matter how small or remote, renders effect on every other constituent part of that existence. We all influence, or have influence, everywhere. You may not be aware of the impacts you have on the universe around you, or how far that impact travels, but it happens.

And... You're welcome.

So, what happens when existence is negated? That is, a conscious decision never to have children is made? Or does anything happen at all? I'm assuming there is an effect, judging by your last answer.

It was good of you to drop by god, because I have some pointed questions for you about the appalling state of my right hip. I was taught many years ago by the men in frocks who gave me to understand that you and they were on very close speaking terms and that whatever they told me came directly from you via express delivery carrier pigeon. Naturally I was somewhat sceptical but they showed willing to emphasise their point with frequent applications of the bamboo cane across the bare arse so in the interests of my personal well-being i decided that I'd pretend to go along with their story. What they told me was this. These blokes reckoned that you were the jackass who designed and built my physical body. I was only a young bloke at the time so I didn't bother giving the matter a hell of a lot of thought but I'm here to tell you that I've given it a fair bit of thought since and now that I'm an old fart I'm ready to give you my verdict on your handiwork. This thing is a piece of shit!! My lungs are fucked, my heart has a mind of its own, my guts makes all sorts of weird noises and my feet stink. However the biggest balls-up by far would have to be my right hip. It's absolutely buggered, mate, and it's giving me no end of grief and it's got me fucked how I was ever allowed out of the factory. Either your quality control protocols are in need of a serious review or you're going to have to stop coming to work hungover after a big night because this is bullshit. I've seen pictures of this thing and even when it was brand new a blind man could have seen that it was never going to keep me vertical for an entire lifetime. I used to knock around with a few engineering students back in my hell-raising days and I'm bloody certain that a half-pissed engineering student with a smattering of biology could design a better ball joint with his eyes shut. Please explain.
