that's a good attitude to have and u gotta take it one day at a time, man. recovery from philosophy forum prolificity can be a long arduous journey, and u will find the temptation to go ham in threads can often be overwhelming at times.

what helps me in troubled times is to consider the people i am conversing with. are they the kind of people i would want to benefit from what i say. and if so, are they even able to.

in your case, I wouldn't find cause for alarm yet if u are relatively new at the philosophy forum experience. word walling is not abnormal behavior if the participant has only been posting for a few years. now if this kind of behavior continues for a decade or more, we may have a problem and require an intervention.
