Because no sane person wants to be a cannibal. If they are a cannibal then they need to be given something else to eat.

Because he doesn't have to in order to survive. And even if he had to in order to survive, he can choose not to do so if he wills his own death.

Why would someone who thinks man is just meat (like an atheist) decline to eat
that meat?
He can't decline becuz it's evil (evil [what constitutes it], for him, is just an opinion).
Sanity: a society of cannibals might consider themselves very sane.

I agree. The atheist does not,
cannot.
He sez man is meat, has no soul, has no natural rights, has no moral dimension.
I'm still waitin' for an atheist to step up and explain why cannibalism is
wrong (for a reason beyond
personal preference).

OK. Is there an atheist out there who can explain to Henry why cannibalism is wrong? I have done my best as an agnostic. However, I cannot be an atheist, at least not right now.
