I think you mean "a circular answer." But so long as it is filled out afterwards, it's not. It's like saying, "Marx taught Marxism." If one knows what "Marxism" entails, then it's not circular. It just identifies the founder as eponymous.
I would imagine, that if one is claiming to be a Christian, that they would try to learn what Christ was teaching, and try to teach the same thing.
Quite true. And they do.
Did you check the context? To which particular group of people was Christ speaking on that occasion? Who were these "Lord, Lord" types? Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
It's right there, in the text.
So...wait a minute.Every religion, derived from the Bible, preach lies.
First, you claim Christians don't teach what Christ taught...then you claim they're at fault for teaching things "derived from the Bible"?
I do. Ask me a question....most people do not even study the Book.
Actually, it says all kinds of things about judgment. It says, "Don't judge your brother," for example, but it also says, "Judge yourself," and "God will judge you."The Book tells you to learn judgment, not doctrines, not religions, but judgment.
And that's a "doctrine," too. The subject "judgment" is found in multiple places from which a systematic pattern of teaching can be identified. That's what a "doctrine" is.
"Illiterate"?This forum is a dumpster of illiterate people,
Um...I hate to point this out, because it seems unkind: but above, you just wrote the words,...who do not know a thing about grammar...
"Every religion, derived from the Bible, preach lies."
Your verb, "preach" needs to agree with your adjective and subject "every religion," which make a singular subject. So it should have been "preaches." I wasn't going to point it out, but since you accuse everybody here of not knowing grammar...
...it's maybe best not to nit-pick in a casual forum like this. Let's not, okay?
