The "wtf" is that IQ versus brain capacity seems to have some holes in it if you are going to use it as a metric, not that I don't think it an interesting thing. Me I also think it interesting that one can improve their IQ results by taking lots of them and that comparing IQ's between counties that have major disparities in economic, educational and health opportunities is pretty much the purview of the racialist as I think the definition of 'intelligence' is, so far, still a philosophical unknown.
