Error in Rigour

How does science work? And what's all this about quantum mechanics?

It may all come down to power. Science's advocation of its self righteous only-route-to-truth and reality is a proclaimation of a propiety of consciousness. We see, when we look at our history, that solutions only apply to a moment, that an idea of progress is inherent in the undisclosed agenda for immediate power and control. There is no "great right" or "correct-ness" that will come to pass by any route. Only a moment assertion of historical justification of power and control in present discourse.

i think it is right that science is a special case in the claim to the only-route-to-truth, everyone claims that, but so few with such good results as science. The reason for this seems to be that it tends to limit itself to what is evident empirically. And its best results is when such limit is applied absolutely - or at least tends to those absolute limits. Certainly science exceeds those limits on many occasions and that limits are less applied but still implied. .
Further science has an unavoidable need to abstract to the realm of metaphysics, to form its generalisations, this exceed those limits.
But it is incumbent on science to restrict itself to a clear methodology and not to prognosticate on matters for which it really has nothing to say.
The root of science's power is the validity of its claims and the veracity of its finding. Whereas the root do the power of religion is based on voracity and political pressure.
Anyone can employ the power of science, only the priesthoods can seize the reins of religious power.
Maybe this is all we can ever mean by progress?
