For this purpose we should provide more money and in some cases better training. This would be an effective way to reduce the incidence of the issue.

On the other hand, there are the second layer of exploitative bastards. Which would include you. You aren't motivated to look at the problem, you only want it as a crowbar to use in your pursuit of racial purity.
