Sleeping with a lot of men is a habit. If she had the habit in the past, it is reasonable to assume that she will have it in the future too.
When a man commits to a woman, he pretty much accepts responsibility for all her future pregnancies, somehow assuming that the child will be probably his. It is obvious that he should not assume any of that, if she has a well-established habit of promiscuity.
Whatever word salad the woman comes up with to brush off her promiscuous past as unimportant or irrelevant, the man should simply respond that he will not believe anything she says about her future pregnancies. She can have all the children she wants, but not with him. This means that she is for recreational use only.
It does not mean that he does not want to have sex with her. It simply means that in case of pregnancy she is, in all practical terms, on her own, because it is out of the question that he would raise a child with her.
