Who's trying to make who feel 'guilty'? Do you have any idea how manipulative you are?
The sheer irony of someone wondering how 'Hitler' could have happended, while pointing out in practically every comment he makes how much he 'doesn't care' about anything begs the question, 'How stupid is this person exactly?'
I care about a lot of things, just not the same things that you seem to care about. Now if you will excuse me, I've had enough of you.
Good. Shuffle off then and stop commenting on my posts.
I haven't commented on your posts, it was you who commented on mine.

You don't have to respond. Your 'responses' are pitiful irritations anyway, like a tiny stone in one's shoe, or attack of tinnitis. You frequently respond to my comments unbidden, and always in the same way.
I'm simply telling you not to. Of course you are free to do as you please, but I'm sure you would rather expend what little energy you clearly have on something more productive--like sitting in a chair and staring at the wall...

Okay, I won't respond to your posts, and if you don't respond to mine, that seems like a happy outcome for us both.

Was he any worse than Stalin, that great potentate of the East whom the idiot Churchill almost worshiped until he found out, being almost too late, that in spite of the aberrant Nazi episode, what side of the planet Germany occupies with both England and the U.S., the danger of it disappearing, not to mention the colossal scientific and cultural contributions the Germans have made to what is termed Western Civilization??

Still, there's that troublesome holocaust stuff, and the war that killed millions.
Dogs can win the hearts of even monsters, which is why one should never underestimate the Power of Dogs.
Did you see the movie?
What movie?
You know, Joe Biden POTUS also has German Shepherds, and his dogs attack Secret Service agents who protect current and former presidents. After a couple of dozen attacks on humans, the dogs were finally removed from public life.

Stalin may be worse. It would depend on the body count. They both racked up a hefty total.

(continued)
Maybe in his demented condition, Biden whispers into his dogs’ ears at night as part of their training.
As he cuddles them he whispers, “We’ve got to get him, boys. We’ve got to get him in the bullseye because he’s an existential threat … to me”
But since Biden could never get the dogs close enough for them to get a good sniff of their target, they get confused and go after anyone in a suit, viciously enough to once close down a White House tour in order to mop up the blood of another victim.

It's not necessarily about 'numbers'. I think rounding up people and systematically gassing them in an allegedly civilised country full of intellectuals and artists would be pretty hard to surpass.
Of course, humans are so foul and do so many vile things that picking a 'worst' thing involves the coming together of a multitude of factors. The Holocaust ticks every box.

Gary, if you could go back in time and change history by eliminating the one who authorities said would be the death of democracy ... would you do it?
If you wouldn't, there's likely some addled, impressionable 20-year old, who would.

I guess it would hinge on whether or not the accusations by authorities are true. Chomsky has stated many times that he thinks Republicans are going to destroy the world with their policies. Chomsky is also the most quoted intellectual on the planet apparently. If that doesn't move a person to radical action, I don't know what will. I mean, I'd like to think that things will be fine and turn out OK regardless of who gets in the White House. But the world's most quoted intellectual says otherwise. \_(*_*)_/

Never heard of it, but obviously the title expresses a principle easily and independently recognized.
