But MANY, MANY people MAKE MONEY doing USING resources to make drugs and SELL 'them' TO UNSUSPECTING, literal, 'victims'. So, I would say that 'treating the illness/sickness' IS GOING TO CONTINUE, well for as long as there continues to be GREEDY adult human beings living and existing anyway.)
