Here are some studies which show in Principle, eat all the fat [healthy ones like MCT in this case] you like or can and still not gain weight or better lose weight;
You seem to have forgotten our earlier exchanges.
You are preaching to the converted.

But by all means drop the carbs, but there is no way you can eat an unlimted amout of fat without your body decideing to store it.

Sadly this guy is already dead, and so not around to contradict your mistake.
I have not read he is dead. Where's your evidence?
If you took the opportunity to read the comments on his thread rather than just watch pretty pictures, you'd worked that out for yourself.
You cannot simply infer in such a case of life or death situation.

Even in court, despite all the obvious evidences, generally if there is no body, then it is very difficult to persecute anyone for murder in assuming the missing person is dead. It is only in very rare circumstances where there is an exception to the above rule.
I still waiting for you to tell me where all that fat goes in people who are "eating all the fat they want".
Note
Steatorrhea, or fatty stool, occurs when there is too much fat that the digestive system can’t absorb. Stools containing fat may be thick, float, have an oily or greasy look, and smell bad.

If anyone [not with hyperinsulinemia] who is stupid to eat more fats than their body can process, then it will be excreted as feces because there is no excess insulin nor the condition that force the excess fats to be stored in the fat cells.

Steatorrhea may have other causes other than the above.

Note the supposedly treatment for gallstones using loads of olive oil & lemon.
The result in their poop are seemingly 'stone' like bits but actually they are curdling of the excess oil they took.

see the 'stones' @5:13.

Here is one lady who consumed 600 ml of olive oil at one go.
She had recently followed a “liver cleansing” regime on the advice of a herbalist. This regime consisted of free intake of apple and vegetable juice until 1800 h, but no food, followed by the consumption of 600 mL of olive oil and 300 mL of lemon juice over several hours. This activity resulted in the painless passage of multiple semisolid green “stones” per rectum in the early hours of the next morning. She collected them, stored them in the freezer, and presented them in the clinic.

Here is what the reputable Lancet revealed, i.e. they are curdled excess olive oil.
We conclude, therefore, that these green “stones” resulted from the action of gastric lipases on the simple and mixed triacylglycerols that make up olive oil, yielding long chain carboxylic acids (mainly oleic acid). This process was followed by saponification into large insoluble micelles of potassium carboxylates (lemon juice contains a high concentration of potassium) or “soap stones”.
https://www.thelancet.com/journals/lanc ... 8/fulltext
If the lady is hyperinsulinemic, the body would have stored some of the olive oil as fats. In this case the 600 ml was extremely excessive, thus excreted in her feces.

Now still not convinced?

The above exposed your ignorance.
Point is I am always confident of my claims since I make it a point to explore widely and deeply.

Btw, I have just enrolled in an online Biochemistry Course with Harvard University to reinforce my knowledge on Biochemistry, i.e. Know-Thyself!! after it will definitely benefit for my own health, to debate is secondary.
That is how I always take whatever knowledge I ventured to explore seriously.

No I am very much not convinced.
Hust because you actually put shit on the thread is not proof.
One person drinking lots of oil in one sitting is not evidence of your claims.
I can speak from personal experience of being on Keto.
It is always the same, I drop about 9-12 lbs and then I start to put it all back on again following exctly the stupid myth that you can eat as much fat as you like. You simply cannot.

You evidence is shockingly poor.
The "shit" you posted was the result of a chemical flush to remove gallstones.
Due to the massive intake of oil and most importantly lemon juice. What you see here is soap. The lemon juice being acidic counteracted the normal (alkaline) function of the gall bladder (the oragan responsible for the primary digestion of fat). With out the normal fucntion of the bile, now neutralised, the fat could not be metabolised.
The Lancet os possibly the oldest and most respected medical journal on the planet. Nothing they have said in this article supports your claim.
You are speaking from a position of ignorance. Since you do not understand the basic mechanism of fat metabolism you have swallowed the internet BS.

Please run along and stop wasting my time.

If you have added -12 lbs doing a so-called 'keto' I AM VERY CERTAIN, it is most likely you did not follow Keto's principles accordingly.

Btw, don't be that arrogant when you are that ignorant and lack depth, no one is forcing anyone to post and response in this forum, posters can use their discretion to stop responding any time.
So far I have learned nothing new from you in this thread, I only participate as a refresher from whatever knowledge I have gathered so far and that is personally for my own selfish interest from my own health sake.

Now you go and do more running along to get your weight down.
I won't be wasting my time here as well.

Why does eating one pound of chocolate result in two additional pounds of body weight on the morning scale?

Is it the weight of guilt, caused by breaking a promise to yourself?

Now, if you could put a cure for self-promise-breaking into a test-tube, and then bottle it with FDA approval, you'd be richer than Einstein ... or so we assume.

Could go the other way since, you guessed it, nothing is impossible.

As far as the philosophy of obesity goes, it’s likely that fat folks who haven’t figured out the how-to of body fluidity, and who have surrendered the tatters of their self-improvement resolutions (made purely for health reasons, of course) to the Battle of the Bulge, have directed their considerable rationalizing capacity that gets lost in the weeds, towards the positive aspects of bulk that goes above and beyond the function of the form.

When an insight has been outbid by VA, does one raise, call, check, or check-out?

The last is always an option on the cost/benefit scale ... and to be clear, observations beginning with obesity have a tendency to balloon out with the nimbleness of rapier wit from the sharp, the dull, the good, the bad, and the
booty-full.
