Stupid thing I do regularly: hit my head on the car door, getting in.

Stupid thing I only did once: steadying a board with my knee, drilled through both.
New stupid thing I never did before: ate a whole tube of Pringles Cheese and Onion in one day.
Stupid thing I do regularly: come on here.
Stupid thing I only did once: after a blazing row with boyfriend, got into my mini (car) and drove back to his flat, drunk and blind, and without a key to let myself in. ( of course, that wasn't 'The Most Stupid Thing I Ever Did'...)

Mini skirts are comfortable and I did not think that we might pass through rooms in which the inmates were working or staying. When we did I was embarrassed, tried to hide behind other students and used my summer coat to cover myself a little.
Ah! Are you a female of the species? LOL. I'd thought you were male. This makes the story rather different!!

It's a mercy to live through them. And now with your questions phrased in that way, it's possible to see a pattern of stupidity based on lack of control and containing an element of obsession/compulsion. Clever ole you :D

Prawn - yuck.
Cheese and onion - yum.

Now about when you were stupid...are stupid...or have had a stupid moment.
Never ?
OK then, not even capable of a stupid act ?

Hardly anyone here has answered the bloody question.
Why does that not surprise me ?
Does every question have to have a question mark ?
No.
Why not.

Sometimes I know a glass of wine will fall or maybe will drop something else, then when it happens I stare dumbfounded and ask how this could have possibly happened.

Internal dialogue:
"Shouldn't put it there, the surface is uneven."
"It's only a Lee Valley catalogue, no problem."
"Better move it anyway."
"Naw - I'd have to put the crackers down. It'll be all right"
"Now look what you've done!"
"Should've used a tumbler, not a stemmed glass."
"For wine with a cork? Are you crazy?"

Nobody could have possibly foreseen the 2008-9 financial melt-down, either.
