Not quite, what they can do is register as a mini-cab driver and use an app like uber or work out of a mini-cab company. Only black cabs can pick up off the street and you need to pass 'The Knowledge' for this and that takes a prodigious feat of memory but anyone can try. So freer than your country?

Somebody said Trump is a Military Draft dodger. Could someone here either confirm or deny this?

Cause I was starting to listen to Trump but this won't set well with his base if this even has a hint of truth to it.
