A new aspect, ladies and gentlemen, if I may intervene:

Does time move more slowly or more quickly for someone who is drunk ?

A sober person makes six steps in six seconds.
A drunk person makes three steps in six seconds.

. The consiouness of the observer is neutral.so the changing unneutral thing as observed by the unchanging neutral thing gives the impression of time passing. Its this unmoving neutral consciousness that gives a sence of time to the changing event. The changing event being inside a neutral unmoving consciousness.maybe.
