Well again, what you call "the Leftist press" is relative to your own political view. My primary sources of news are the BBC, the Times and the Guardian. Certainly the Guardian is left of centre, but all three seem trustworthy to me. What do your sources say to suggest I am being misled?

I think that if you examine them, you will find that you will not be told the truth by these sources. But to our good fortune, the legacy media is all in a death-spiral right now, as a crisis of public confidence in their reliability is upon them. We will soon find that they will collapse financially, or at least be so thoroughly rejected as a source of public information that they will no longer retain their utility to the powers that be. And that, as it turns out, will be a very good thing. It's past time that the monopoly on information they used to hold was broken.

RE: BBC - -- for years a friend of mine was telling me how biased they were reporting.

I always believed the BBC was the pinnacle of impartial reporting in UK...until simply because Tommy Robinson led a horde of patriotic British people, showing their patriotism with the Union Flag, English Flag, Welsh Flag, Scottish Flag....all types ot people and ethnicities that still BELIEVE in British Culture rather than replacing it.

WHEN. (after watching the live stream until 3am my time)

I saw how that was reported as "FAR RIGHT HOOLIGANS & THUGS." ---> I NO LONGER HAVE ANY RESPECT FOR BBC OR ANY MAINSTREAM MEDIA

..It was simply BRITISH people being patriotic.
