Paul describes the Christian God. Jesus is within the Christian God and at the same time the Father is within Jesus. Consequently Jesus is not reflecting his opinion as we do. He is reflecting what IS.Oh, and just for your reference: John 8:54 "Jesus replied, "If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me."
Acts 17: 24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples built by human hands. 25 And he is not served by human hands, as if he needed anything. Rather, he himself gives everyone life and breath and everything else. 26 From one man he made all the nations, that they should inhabit the whole earth; and he marked out their appointed times in history and the boundaries of their lands. 27 God did this so that they would seek him and perhaps reach out for him and find him, though he is not far from any one of us. 28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’[c]
If he's as concerned about eagles as he claims to be, then how does he think all those extra people are going to be housed and 'resourced'? The more humans, the less room for anything else. 'Pro-life' KKKristian types don't tend to give a crap about environmental matters, quite the opposite, so I wonder how genuine he is. Faux 'concern' for other people's embryos doesn't normally go hand in hand with concern for eagles.Dalek Prime wrote:You laugh with joy at birth, and celebrate it, yet it leads to death.Walker wrote:Abortion is death. Folks laugh at death.
Why?
Why?
Every parent is directly responsible for at least the same number of deaths as births. That could be billions, given time. Then there's animal deaths, to keep those children fed. And destruction of the ecosystem, to sustain them.
Yep. And he can't address me anyways. I'm clearly correct. That's not ego talking. That's faith in sound logic.vegetariantaxidermy wrote:If he's as concerned about eagles as he claims to be, then how does he think all those extra people are going to be housed and 'resourced'? He probably has a wind farm going up near where he lives and he's worried about noise and his house valuation. I doubt if he really cares about eagles at all.Dalek Prime wrote: Yep. And he can't address me anyways. I'm clearly correct. That's not ego talking. That's faith in sound logic.
Trying to explain the Trinity to a blind denier is cruel and inhuman punishment. It is also impossible to explain the difference between Go referred to in Genesis 1 and LORD God used in Genesis 2. Somehow it is wrong even to try on a thread featuring justifying abortions of convenience. That does not answer my question. Jesus told the Jews that his father was their God. You say you have no connection with the Hebrew God. So either Jesus was wrong or you are. You believe that God is three in one. The father, the son and the holy spirit. Jesus is the son. Is the Hebrew God the father or not? If not, then was Jesus lying? If yes, then why did you commit blasphemy?
That's right. Keep not addressing what I wrote. That's all you're worth.Walker wrote:What a couple of pussies you two are.

Idiocy must be contagious. You two are riddled with it.
Acts 17: 24 “The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth". You were saying something about the Lord and God?Nick_A wrote:sthit wrote:Trying to explain the Trinity to a blind denier is cruel and inhuman punishment. Genesis 1 refers to God. Genesis 2 refers to LORD God. Can you sense the difference? Well if you can't and insist on arguing about things you dislike, what is the sense in it? You are better off arguing politics.""If I glorify myself, my glory means nothing. My Father, whom you claim as your God, is the one who glorifies me."
I hear that you got hit with the stupid stick one too many times and it stuck. You’re stuck on stupid, moron, idiot, etc. What changes stillness to motion for you is to rub this infection off onto someone. To infect them. The fun for folks is to work within the situation of this corruption, this Neinism that infects the world. How you think this is any kind of response makes me fear for your sanity. But then, it's what I expect from a guy on a diet of burgers and Fox News.Walker wrote:I hear that you got hit with the stupid stick one too many times and it stuck.
