Well, actually, in order to be a winner, you have to compete. God hasn't any competition, so he can't win anything. Moreover, if he can't suffer at losing something, he can't become better, stronger, more durable, etc., like a human that suffers and overcomes something.

What we admire most is when something loses and then rises up, makes a comeback. God does none of this, and we could never have this special kind of admiration and respect for god.
