Actually Arising, In America, there are alot of "poor white areas" but most of the poor white areas are very Christian and it would be frowned upon, socially speaking, to mug someone. Nope, we have shit areas where one has to be very careful and old people don't go out at nights but they can be black, white or brown neighbourhoods(although not as clear cut or as numerous as in the US) and we don't, upon the whole, think it a function of race.I take it there you have to be wary of everyone...even the kindly looking grandma pushing a stroller with her grandchildren in it down the street...that is if she even dares to venture out of her home.

Texas is about in the middle it appears.AS: Of course Texas has black people and murderers...but if you commit a crime in Texas the punishment is much more harsh. I think they have a lower rate of crime in Texas. Religion coupled with harsh punishment lowers crime, I think. Except when religion teaches you must kill other religions.
And yet the hispanic community has some of the highest criminal offenders? Mexico is deeply religious and has a massive criminal problem? No, but the crime rate of young black males and females is significantly disproportional to their numbers in the population. Thus the probability of being mugged by a group of young blacks is greater than being mugged by a group of young Hmong, or of whites, or of Catholic nuns.
imo old people in poor areas should be more wary and alert and not be so stupid as to display items that probably cost a week or more in wages.
