The reason people like "accelafine", "atla", and others here cannot move on and past their extremely perverse sexist attitudes is just solely due to their own personal past experiences. And, a forum like this is where people like them can 'vent' their built up hatred of others.

Obviously I would only link to a comedian if I was being serious. There's no way content from one of the most legendary comedians of the last 50 years could be a joke.

you claimed that if you do not getting any thing from 'the other', then you would not do any thing. So, what are you going to get from the baby for calling emergency services?

Also, most adults would not let a baby drown if found in the water, but this one would. This one would call emergency services instead of just rescuing the baby, which on just about every occasion the baby would drown and die before emergency services arrived. And, the saddest part of all of this is this one would allow a baby to die because of maybe having to relinquish some of its 'money'.

Once more, what 'we' can see here again is another one who has prioritised 'money' over life and over helping and supporting other human beings.

Some, like "yourself" 'look at' and 'see' just about every thing from 'the brain', or 'human perspective', only, which is why those like you have very narrowed and closed views, about most things. While others 'look at' and 'see' things from the Mind, Itself. Thus, how and why those ones learn and find more and new/er things, more so, or more often.

What did you previously think made you see the world in a unique way "yourself", "flashdangerpants"?

Did you think or believe that the brain inside that head was also, laughingly, 'wired differently'?

Or, maybe you thought or believed that 'you' were, literally, exactly 'the same' as 'the others', right?

I notice that you believe that everybody is your friend while also complaining about the fact that I do not believe this.

There is no compulsion in beliefs. You are just as free to believe what you want as I am to believe what I want.

The problem is not what exactly you believe but the fact that you insist that other people should believe that too.

Do you ever hear me insisting that you should believe what I believe? I don't do that. I am perfectly fine with the fact that other people do not necessarily believe what I believe.

I do not believe that everybody is my friend and I will never believe it. It is obviously okay for you to live in Lalaland but I won't.

So, if you want something from me, you will have to give me something in return. With me, there is no such thing as a free lunch. So, instead of trying to get something for nothing, tell me what's in it for me? What am I gonna get? Otherwise, I am not lifting a finger.

Not necessarily so. Consider the following scenario:

You've made sandwiches and are hosting a picnic where everyone brings some food. The sandwiches of yours that they eat are not free to them since you are eating the food they brought. So far, so good.

At the end of the picnic, everyone is full, and while you do offer them some sandwiches to take home, they decline.

The drive back is too long, and the ice has already melted in the cooler and the sandwiches have already been out for an hour.

To your left is a trash can and to your right, a group of three hungry homeless people sitting on a bench. You hand the sandwiches to the homeless people and therefore give them a free lunch.

In the moral theory that I subscribe to, there is an entire section dedicated to zakaat (mandatory charity) and sadaqah (voluntary charity).

But then again, not everyone subscribes to this moral theory, and not everyone knows how exactly it works in practice. That is why I usually leave out that kind of details.

That is also why I don't like to talk about morality.

I see morality as a particular, very mechanical and objective axiomatic system while other people prefer to think that it is about a delusional Lalaland in which logic does not even matter.

So, of course, charity exists and is certainly a thing, but you never have a right to it. You can never claim charity from others. You either receive it or else you don't. If they don't want to give you anything then there is nothing that you can do about that.

Furthermore, I don't want other people to believe that they can get anything from me for nothing. Instead, when they see me, they must pull out their wallets already because they know for a fact that I am not doing anything for free. Seriously, if you want something from me, then get ready to cough up big time, because it is not going to be cheap.
